Booking Terms & Conditions & Field Rules

Bradley Buddies Secure Dog Walking Field

By booking a session at Bradley Buddies, you ("the Hirer") agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, enjoyment, and peace of mind of all our visitors, human and canine.
 

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Advance Booking: All bookings must be made and paid for online in advance via our booking system at www.bradleybuddies.co.uk.

  • Session Length: Slots are booked in 50-minute blocks (or 25-minute blocks, if applicable), allowing a mandatory 10-minute buffer window between bookings.

  • Pricing & Dog Limits: Bookings are based on the number of dogs declared at the time of booking. Exceeding the declared number of dogs without prior consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more prior to your slot are eligible for a full refund or transfer.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
       

2. Arrival, Departure & Parking

  • Location: Skyfall Acres, Mitton Road, Bradley, Staffordshire, ST18 9EA.

  • Arrival: Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled slot. Please remain in your vehicle with your dog(s) safely secured until the previous user has loaded their dog(s) into their vehicle and cleared the field/parking area.

  • On-Leash Transition: All dogs MUST remain on a lead when moving between your vehicle and the secure field gate.

  • Punctual Departure: You must vacate the field and parking area promptly at the end of your scheduled time slot (e.g., if your slot is 10:00–10:50 AM, you must be in your car ready to leave by 10:50 AM). Failure to leave on time impacts the next client and may result in a ban from future bookings.
     

3. Field Safety & Responsibilities

  • Use at Own Risk: Use of the Bradley Buddies field is entirely at your own risk. The owners accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, damage, or illness to any person, dog, vehicle, or personal property while on site.

  • Fencing Integrity: While our field is fully enclosed with high-security fencing, it is the Hirer’s responsibility to evaluate whether the fencing height and wire gauge are suitable for their specific dog(s). Bradley Buddies cannot be held responsible if a dog manages to escape or jump over the perimeter fence.
     

  • Dog Health & Vaccinations:

    • All dogs visiting the field must be fully vaccinated or microchipped in accordance with UK law, up to date with flea/worming treatments, and in good health.

    • Do NOT bring dogs that show signs of illness, coughing, diarrhea, or infectious diseases (e.g., Kennel Cough).

  • Supervision: Dogs must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times. Never leave dogs unattended in the field or parked cars.
     

4. Field Hygiene & Etiquette

  • Pick Up Dog Waste: You MUST clean up after your dog immediately. Please bring your own poop bags and dispose of them in the designated bins provided (or take them home with you).

  • Litter & Toys: Please ensure all dog toys, treat wrappers, ball launchers, and general litter are removed when you leave. Do not leave broken toys or balls behind.

  • Digging: If your dog digs, you must fill the holes back in before leaving to ensure the surface remains safe for the next user.

  • No Smoking/Vaping/Alcohol: Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on the site at all times.
     

5. XL Bully & Banned Breeds Policy

(Subject to UK Breed Specific Legislation)

Owners of XL Bullies or dogs covered under the Dangerous Dogs Act are welcome at Bradley Buddies under the following conditions:

  1. The field must be booked for exclusive, private hire (no mixing with dogs from other households).

  2. The dog must be kept on a lead and muzzled until inside the secure field with the gate locked. Once inside, the lead and muzzle may be removed.

  3. The lead and muzzle must be re-applied before unlocking the gate to leave.

  4. You must hold a valid Certificate of Exemption and valid Public Liability Insurance, copies of which must be available upon request.
     

6. Liability & Agreement

  • Bradley Buddies reserves the right to close the field due to severe weather, land maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

  • Any damage caused to fencing, gates, shelters, or equipment by the Hirer or their dog(s) must be reported immediately and may be subject to repair charges.
